WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF JOJOBA OIL?

Jojoba oil is rich in flavonoids and vitamin E, which have antioxidant properties that help defend against free radical damage. Because jojoba oil is similar to sebum, it helps balance oil levels in the skin, which can be beneficial for acne-prone skin. Jojoba oil also can help promote skin barrier repair in conditions such as atopic dermatitis, acne and seborrheic dermatitis. It also has proven anti-inflammatory effects.

WHAT IS JOJOBA OIL?

Jojoba oil is a liquid wax derived from the Chinensis plant. It is composed of 98% pure waxes (mostly wax esters), along with sterols, vitamins and triglyceride esters.
