WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF AVOCADO OIL?
Avocado oil is rich in oleic and essential fatty acids, which stimulate collagen production and decrease inflammation. Avocado oil also contains antioxidants like lutein and zeaxanthin, which can protect skin from sun damage and improve skin elasticity. There are also benefits to the hair, including lubrication, preventing breakage and enhancing shine.
