Selected physicians will meet with the L’Oreal Research team of scientists and chemists to learn about both upstream innovations (molecules, delivery systems) as well as Applied and Advanced research to understand how current ingredients and molecules are used in current and near-term OTC vehicles. This fun filled day includes factory tours of all different aspects of the L’Oreal Research and Innovation system.
